Kyle Weldon is an associate with James D. Bradbury, PLLC, where his practice focuses primarily on agriculture, energy, environmental, and land use law. A proud Aggie, Kyle received his bachelor's and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University, and later received his law degree from the Texas A&M University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was named to the Order of the Coif.
Kyle has significant experience in the agricultural industry and uses that knowledge to serve agricultural businesses, landowners, livestock producers, and financial institutions and lenders. His practice includes assisting with real estate transactions and energy related agreements, including negotiating oil and gas leases, surface use agreements, pipeline and access easements, and agreements related to renewable energy development, such as wind and solar projects. In addition to the transactional practice, Kyle regularly assists clients with a diverse range of litigation matters before state courts and state administrative agencies, including the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
Kyle and his wife live in Aledo and are proud parents of two boys.
