Biography
Megan Knell leverages her extensive knowledge and insights in the energy industry to help clients negotiate and close transactions. Her practice includes the representation of exploration and production companies and midstream companies in negotiating various transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures of upstream and midstream assets, participation agreements, farmout agreements, and various other energy-related contracts. Megan also has experience preparing drilling, acquisition, and division order title opinions, and she has led multiple teams in conducting diligence in connection with acquisitions of upstream assets.
