2020 FWAPL Golf Tournament

The Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen would like to invite you to participate in the Annual FWAPL Golf Tournament.  The tournament will be held at Bear Creek Golf Course, on Friday, June 26th, 2020 and will be a four-person scramble with a morning round only. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all golfers. Bear Creek has 2 18-hole courses and can accommodate up to 144 golfers. We are prepared to utilize both courses, should participation require same.
 
COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS/PREPARATIONS: If you have experienced any of the following symptoms 1-14 days prior to the tournament date we ask that you stay home and stay safe; fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.  In response to Covid 19 CDC guidelines, and Tarrant County regulations, the following measures will be in place at all times. Face masks are not required, but you are welcome to wear any personal protective equipment you deem necessary to be safe. Bear Creek Golf Course personnel will practice current CDC and/or Tarrant County guidelines in place for golf course operations. Golfers will load/unload their own equipment into/out of golf carts. Registration and payment for the tournament are due on, or before, Tuesday, June 23rd to eliminate the need for contact during check in. To minimize person-to-person contact, there will not be door prizes or goody bags at this year’s tournament.  Food will be served according to CDC and/or Tarrant County guidelines. Anyone serving food will wear a face mask and gloves, pursuant to CDC and Tarrant County guidelines.

 We, the FWAPL, feel it prudent to do our part to get our industry out of lockdown and into connection. We believe the FWAPL Golf Tournament, this year more than ever, can be an opportunity for community, networking and connection. 
 
This year’s charitable contributions will be given to an organization directly benefiting Covid 19 relief.
 
Please see the attached list of sponsorship opportunities available. We strongly encourage the use of http://fwapl.org to register and pay for the event, however we will accept mailed in forms and payments.
 
The deadline for sponsor signage is June 19th, 2020.
