Bresee Carlson is a Partner at Kuiper Law Firm PLLC. Bresee graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2009 to provide operational land support for oil and gas operations, transitioned to in-house land title management, and ultimately decided to make the practice of law within energy her forever career. Bresee is actively engaged with many landmen associations, sits as co-chair of the DAPL Education Committee, serves as an Adjunct Professor of Oil & Gas Law at Western Colorado University, and serves as a board member of Energy Strong. After stumbling upon the oil and gas industry by happenstance, twelve short years later Bresee passionately believes oil and gas are among the most valuable resources available to our nation and finds excitement educating and supporting the industry she loves. In her spare time, Bresee attempts to keep up with her three children (generally failing miserably), volunteers with the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center providing guardian ad litem services for protection order proceedings or can be found on a golf course working on her excessively high handicap.

Andrew Clinton focuses his practice primarily on oil and gas title examination and related transactional work. Prior to joining the firm, he was affiliated with a Fort Worth firm and longstanding West Texas based firm, where he developed a hands-on and practical approach to transactional work in the oil patch. Prior to that time, he served as a landman and in-house counsel for a reputable oil and gas corporation in Fort Worth, handling both curative and transactional matters. Mr. Clinton received his B.A. in Anthropology and Plan II in 2007 from the University of Texas, graduating with honors. Thereafter, he graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2010. Mr. Clinton was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2010, the State Bar of Wyoming in 2012 and the State Bar of New Mexico in 2013.
