FWAPL FEBRUARY MEMBER LUNCHEON

Philip C. Mani, founder and Partner of Mani Little & Wortmann, PLLC will be speaking on “Geology you hope your title attorney knows”.
Philip C. Mani is the Founder and a Partner of Mani Little & Wortmann, PLLC with offices located in San Antonio and Fort Worth, Texas, and represents clients in the oil and gas industry in several states, including Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Ohio and Wyoming. Mr. Mani began his career in the oil and gas industry in 1980 as a Petroleum Geologist and later as a Petroleum Landman before becoming an Oil and Gas Attorney in 1990. For over 30 years clients have relied on his extensive experience in title examination and oil and gas transactions, as well as matters closely-related to oil and gas exploration and development projects, oil and gas litigation, receiverships, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory work. Mr. Mani received a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Trinity University in 1980, a Master of Science in Geology from Texas A&M University in 1983, and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1990. He has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law since 1996, and is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Pennsylvania, Colorado and New Mexico.
